We are committed to creation justice, racial equity, and extravagant hospitality. With a rapidly growing membership, 40% of whom joined in the last five years, we are a "new" 150-year-old church seeking to build sustainable foundations for our future. We are seeking a relational, creative, and spiritually grounded Full-Time Associate Minister to join our leadership team. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a multigenerational environment and is passionate about helping people of all ages integrate their faith with a modern, justice-oriented worldview. Responsibilities include Faith Formation in Children, Youth, and Families, and with homebound members, and with adult programming. In addition, they will lead new member classes, provide pastoral care, and assist with worship and preaching.
