Ministry Description Project Director – Beyond Imagination: Building Capacity for Covenant, Connection, & Renewed Ministry The Indiana-Kentucky Conference of the United Church of Christ (IKC) seeks a visionary and collaborative Project Director to lead the implementation of our Beyond Imagination initiative — a Lilly Endowment–funded project to build capacity for covenant, connection, and renewed ministry across our Conference. The Project Director will oversee all aspects of the Beyond Imagination project, aligning its activities with the IKC’s mission to “live in covenant, connecting and equipping local ministries to love and serve like Jesus.” Portions of this position will combine the traditional pastoral and administrative functions of an Associate Conference Minister with project management, partnership-building, and leadership development responsibilities tied to this multi-year initiative. It is the goal of this project to build this position into an official call as an Associate Conference Minister at the end of the grant period.
