Ministry Description |
First Congregational Church of Braintree is seeking a pastor for a Interim Term Position. The goals of the Interim Term position are to work with the strong leadership team to 1. Develop a strategy to implement financial security. 2. Increase our membership and our Christian Education Program. 3. Continue to support the local community with a focus on food security. We seek a pastor with financial expertise who can help secure the future of this 300 year old church. The ideal candidate will guide the congregation in a strong, accessible and invitational faith in God and will assist us in the growth of our membership and Christian Education programs. Compensation at Conference Guidelines. |
