Ministry Description The Minister for Administration position is a senior leadership role designed to be a thought partner with the Senior Minister. The Standing Rules of the Church describe the Minister for Administration as someone who will “create and oversee opportunities to maintain and operate Church assets in a fashion that improves the ability of the Church to perform its ministry and missionary objectives.” The primary areas of focus for the role shall include implementing and maintaining efficiencies in the Church’s business functions, planning changes and updates to the Church’s daily operations and working in collaboration with the Church Council and in consultation with the Senior Minister to set and meet business objectives. The Minister for Administration role includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
