Ministry Description |
Metropolitan Community Church of the Quad Cities in Davenport, Iowa seeks part-time associate pastor, with an M.Div. degree and credentialled or to be credentialed in MCC or UCC. Associate pastor will assist with worship services and lead other religious activities for various ministry groups, particularly for youth and young adults. Job duties include collaborating with the senior pastor on service liturgy, giving sermons, leading prayer sessions, and reaching out to the community. Associate also trains volunteers, assists with event-planning activities, provides hospitality support and ensures members are fully engaged in the life of the church.
