Ministry Description |
We are a multi-racial, multicultural, open and affirming congregation. We are committed to building a beloved community of love and peace, and to working for social justice and equity for all. We are a diverse community in many ways and need a pastor who can relate to many different kinds of people and family structures. We are a church in multiple states of transition — a retiring long-term pastor and continued hybrid church services following COVID. We need a skilled and experienced interim pastor who understands church dynamics and can help us understand the range of feelings likely to occur as we work to determine our future direction. The ideal candidate will have experience working with teens, youth, and other cultures, as well as experience working with a Minister of Faith Formation. We want to grow our congregation, especially with families, young people, and neighbors. |
