Ministry Description |
We look forward to the continued love and care of our congregation and the wider community. As we walk through the doors for worship, we feel warmth and friendliness. We greet each other with smiles, and hugs. We seek a pastor who is friendly and welcoming to newcomers and encourages us to care for one another. We look for a pastor whose message is always uplifting and inspiring and a positive word we can take home with us for the week and days ahead, to have it feel personable. We are a small friendly community. (A village within the town) With neighbors helping one another. We are a historical area with covered bridges, The Bennington Monument, Bennington Battlefield along with the Park-McCullough House, the Bennington Museum, Lake Paran, The North Bennington Arts Exchange, Bennington Potters, Bennington College, Shaftsbury State Park, Woodford State Park, the Vermont Veterans Home, Rail Trail and our Hospital is a Magnet Hospital with a Cancer Center. There are various schools in the area. |
