Ministry Description |
We are doing a new thing in our community for our youth. So far, “we” is FCCOG and Second Congregational Church of Greenwich (2CC), but we aren’t stopping there. Together, we are creating a Regional Youth Ministry initiative for any church/group/youth in Greenwich wanting to be a part of an inclusive, relaxed, fun, and faith-filled group. We are looking for the person to lead this effort and provide meaningful space and time for our community’s youth. The full-time position is employed by FCCOG and contains two components: Director of Church School for FCCOG (babies-Grade 6), and Director of Regional Youth Ministry initiative (Grades 6-12). Please see attached job description for more details. We are looking for someone with a passion and enthusiasm for children and youth ministry. A person with creativity, patience, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Respect for diversity, relationship building skills, and being a team player are important to grow this initiative.
