Ministry Description |
Union Congregational United Church of Christ is a vital, healthy, midsize downtown church in the heart of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Founded in 1836 and Open and Affirming since 1998, Union embodies the UCC’s Still Speaking message and has consistently been a community leader in justice and witness ministries. We are embarking on a new effort of community engagement, seeking to wed outreach and evangelism. We are looking for someone who has skills to both envision and implement compelling ways to make the Christ Spirit dominant in our lives and in all human relations. The ideal addition to our collaborative staff will be an energetic, positive, people person who is good at bringing together our members, organizations, and the community at large, has excellent communication skills, is theologically trained, and is committed to creatively building the church of the 21st century. |
