Associate Minister - Our 378-year-old church, situated in the quintessential New England coastal town of Guilford CT, is as contemporarily vibrant as it is historic. We are an active and dynamic, Open and Affirming congregation from many faith backgrounds. We seek peace, work for justice and value inspiring preaching and music. We are currently seeking to fill our Associate Minister position that will coordinate our efforts to create opportunities for continued growth of faith in the lives of all members and friends of our church. The Associate Minister will plan, preach, and implement worship twice a month. They will specifically focus on guiding us deeper into an expanded variety of spiritual conversations and faith practices while continuing to explore and grow our faith in the course of our daily living. The Associate Minister will connect with and provide cohesiveness to our existing Bible Studies, book groups, and periodic workshops/conferences. They will supervise and consult with our Director of Children and Youth Ministries as well as carry out daily ministerial tasks and responsibilities.
