Ministry Description |
Our church seeks to strengthen its position as a compassionate and generous congregation, one that values respectful open dialogue about our individual faith journeys and that honors traditions connecting us with each other and the community of saints. We also seek to serve a larger and more diverse congregation by strengthening faith formation for all ages and stages and by offering more systematic care for all, including our aging members, those broken by life’s circumstances, and those on the margins. In addition, we want to be more strategic and efficient as we continue our outreach to neighbors local and global. To achieve all this, we seek an associate minister whose teaching and outreach will strengthen our congregation’s faith formation, transform outreach to our community, and enhance our leadership in worship and pastoral care. |
