St. John’s is in the heart of a small rural community in the village of Powhatan Point along the Ohio River surrounded with the beauty of rolling hills. St John's values lifelong relationships and holds its doors open to provide a safe environment for all God’s children with guidance, comfort, leadership and companionship. An aging congregation we have deep appreciation for tradition and boast a number of well established ministries and programs inside and outside the church walls. We seek a vibrant, energetic minister who rooted in scripture would lead with compassion and creativity as we seek new ways to worship, build relationships, and invite all people to join us on the spiritual journey to which God has called us. |
