Ministry Description Barre Congregational Church seeks a minister who will meet us where we are, recognize and celebrate our strengths, and help us improve our weaknesses. We want to care for each other and the community, serve the elderly and homeless, and maintain a strong alliance with neighboring churches, while welcoming all to worship. We want a leader who empowers and guides us to become lay leaders. As such, we will share the responsibility of being the church with our minister, as we strive to do God’s work in our lives and our community.
