Ministry Description |
Trinitarian Congregational Church is a dynamic, inter-generational, Open and Affirming church in the United Church of Christ. Our faith is the bedrock of all that we do. We seek an Associate Minister with energy, creativity, and a deep Christian faith. The Associate Minister will, in partnership with our Senior Minister, provide pastoral care, preach, lead worship, create liturgy, engage in outreach, and oversee inter-generational faith formation opportunities. Working with our Director of Children’s Ministries and our Youth Leader, the Associate will particularly focus on overseeing ministries that support and nurture the faith of families, children, and youth. The ideal candidate will work well on a team, be an inspiring communicator and leader, and effectively share their faith with all ages. In addition, we expect they will bring pastoral leadership to other ministries of our church depending on their particular gifts and sense of call.
