Ministry Description |
Director of Music, Part Time, Janesville at First Congregational UCC. We are a progressive active church in the local community with a vibrant music program. We are looking for a new Director of Music who is eager to bring a fresh approach to Christian worship experiences in our traditional sanctuary. The Director leads the vocal choir and the bell choir and recruits members from the congregation and community to share their musical talents. They also audition six Music Scholars from our local high schools to sing/play in our choirs. The church is a kind and supportive environment that cares deeply for its staff and wants each member to flourish as part of a faithful team. We are an Open and Affirming and Immigrant Welcoming congregation.
