Ministry Description |
The Michigan Conference Associate Conference Minister of Vitality and Transition will facilitate the Search and Call process between congregational pastors, provide spiritual care and practical guidance to congregations at key points of transitions, including legacy, revitalization, new church starts and opportunities for share and cooperative ministry between congregations. Salary and Benefits: $70,000 to $85,000 which includes housing allowance based on experience. Generous UCC health insurance, UCC pension benefits and relocation expenses.
