Ministry Description |
Old South UCC seeks a 3/4 time settled pastor to continue its journey as a welcoming, inclusive and diverse church. This path is rooted in faith and allows the congregation to grow to a new understanding of God's love in action in a changing world. The ideal pastor is empathetic, radically welcoming, an excellent communicator and bold in demonstrating care for the community, especially in injustice and oppression. With members who are very generous with their time and talent, Old South looks forward to growth in ministry and mission. Kirtland, "The City of Faith and Beauty", is located about 25 miles east of downtown Cleveland, having the advantage of both city and rural areas. |
