Ministry Description |
Position Title: Pastor of Engagement. Our goal is to be the most hospitable church, with a ministry that connects to a broad range of people bringing them together in unity. We seek a Pastor who is called to congregational ministry, loves people, and has a passion for youth, outreach, evangelism, and missions to help guide us into our future. The Pastor will focus their efforts on growing our congregation and ministries and lead the growth of our outreach efforts within the community and mission work. They will support Sunday worship by preaching and welcoming members and lead our efforts providing Pastoral care. Responsible for directing our youth activities and work as the leader of our lay staff on developing and growing our youth and family programs. Together, we hope to continue reaching out and making church relevant to all people no matter who they are or where they are on life’s journey. |
