Ministry Description |
Howland Community Church is looking for a part-time Youth Minister. Both ordained and non-ordained may apply. We are looking for someone who is resilient and patient. A person who listens and is a team player. Creativity, enthusiasm and flexibility are important, as are the ability to speak in public, to make decisions, to plan for the future, and to respect and maintain interpersonal relationships. This person will face the task of ministering to young people. Instructional skills will come into play as well as team building, prioritizing, and organizing skills. Due to the pervasive use of social platforms, familiarity with computers and technology are a plus. We want to build a vital program and realize that this will take time. Faith in our loving God will carry us through. |
