Ministry Description |
We have a big, beautiful church in a great community, and we would love to get help with building our congregation to its fullest potential. We have struggled to get people back into church since the pandemic, so we want to ensure that we are offering various options for people to attend worship services (virtual and in-person). Over the past few years our active members have slowly been decreasing. We are ready for some new ideas on how to make our church inviting for all ages, and how we might better position ourselves to attract a settled minister to help us build things back up. Our ideal Interim Minister will be personable, passionate about preaching the Word of God and sharing the love of God, and someone who is a strong servant leader. |
