An authorized minister may confer with the Conference concerning a pastoral vacancy. At the request of any UCC Ordained Minister or Ordained Ministerial Partner, the conference shall submit a current and validated profile to the Local Church."

Ministry Description Are you collegial, collaborative and energized by change, transition, and transformation? The Central Southeast Ohio Association of the Ohio Conference is seeking a half-time Association Minister for an initial 2 year term to serve as our champion of innovation, spiritual leader, and CEO. The transformation of our association is already underway and is following a bold plan of adaptive change in response to the cultural, generational, technological, and financial challenges that are facing mainline churches across the country. We are moving away from a staff centered model towards a network model. We believe that our success can be a positive example for other middle judicatories seeking transformation. The candidate selected for this position will have the opportunity to lead our Association for 2 years (and possibly more) and will be positioned to enhance their credentials as an empowering pioneering leader and expert in helping the church adapt to new ways.
