Orange Congregational Church, UCC, in Orange, Connecticut, is seeking a settled pastor to lead a vibrant, community-focused, and Open and Affirming congregation. With deep roots in our town and a commitment to Christian values, we strive to embody Christ’s love through worship, education, service, and inclusive fellowship. We are a multigenerational church with strong lay leadership and a rich tradition of meaningful ministry, including programs, mission work, and beloved community events like our annual Strawberry Festival. We are proud of our Open and Affirming designation and are seeking a pastor who can help us deepen our understanding of inclusion while honoring diverse perspectives within the congregation.
