Ministry Description |
The mission of the Keene Valley Congregational Church, UCC is to welcome people wherever they are on life’s journey, joining together in worship and spiritual exploration while striving lovingly to serve others with justice and compassion. We are a hybrid church (for seasonal residents who call our church their home church, and for those who can no longer attend in person), where congregants gather in our Zoom pews as well as in our sanctuary. We are looking for a minister to lead worship and to provide pastoral care and support to the community, to engage in the wider denomination and to participate actively in our monthly council meetings, while we engage in the process of seeking our next settled pastor. We hope to find a partner and guide in the transition process, as we work to clarify our mission and envision the community that God is calling us to be. |
