Ministry Description Lihue United Church, a beautiful lava rock historic church, seeks a full-time, ordained senior pastor to provide inspirational spiritual leadership, loving pastoral care, administrative oversight, organizational leadership, working with a Tongan associate pastor. The multi-ethnic congregation provides a broad program of music, worship, preaching and teaching. Lihue United Church, a federated United Church of Christ and Methodist Church, is located on Kauai, a small, friendly island in the state of Hawaii called "the garden isle." It is an outstanding location, and the buildings sit on a beautiful and spiritual campus, which is also enjoyed by the community.
