Community Congregational Church is looking for the “right fit” pastor to lead a warm and welcoming congregation of people dedicated to finding their spiritual paths. Community Church is welcoming and open minded with well located and well maintained facilities, good worship and music and is financially sound.
Garden City is located in Southwest Kansas, on the Central High Plains The County is a Minority-Majority. Hispanic people comprise about 49%, and White non-Hispanic: 43%, with the remaining 8.4% of Asian (Burma, Vietnam, India & Philippines) and African, and “other” descent. Many other communities, of similar demographics, seek out Garden City for its historical ability of integrating other cultures. Garden City is a vibrant community with a well-developed financial infrastructure with well-integrated multi-culturalism; a community college and connections to State Universities, an active arts community, a nationally accredited zoo, and public broadcasting.
