Ministry Description |
The Massachusetts Conference United Church of Christ seeks a talented, entrepreneurial and experienced ordained UCC minister to join our team of 7 ACMs, support staff, and Conference Minister. We seek a colleague who will join us in building a Conference of churches characterized by ever-greater depth, courage, and bridge-building. The focus of this full time position will be to minister to the ministry of the churches in a particular region of the Conference (Central and Hampshire Associations). Our four ACMs with Regional Responsibility work together as innovators and as agents of transformation. They promote and provoke clarity of vision, leadership development and prophetic witness among our churches and clergy. In addition, this position may coordinate the work of the Conference’s Justice and Witness Ministry Council. This position is currently being served by an Acting ACM who is eligible to apply for the settled position.
