Ministry Description |
We are a welcoming church, who recently lost our longstanding pastor to retirement. We are in a growing community, with several new housing developments being established near our church. Our church is centrally located to large metropolitan areas such as New York and Philadelphia, yet we retain our rural foundation with many noted historical sites. Within our surrounding communities, there are several very good school districts and also many exceptional institutions of higher learning, excellent medical facilities and a variety of large and small local businesses. St. John’s is a beautiful church with convenient facilities that enable our Family-Based Congregation to commit to our diverse missions. We seek a pastor who can inspire us to go where our faith can make a positive difference, and who can motivate and mentor all ages in our congregation. We expect our new pastor to help develop a strong leadership team. Our congregation is looking for a pastor who will possess a solid commitment to the present and future missionary work of our church.
