Ministry Description |
Historic Beulah UCC has been a part of the Arnold community near Lexington NC for 225 years, and our aging congregation reflects the surrounding rural community. However, it is also a community close to several towns and cities with diverse urban amenities. We are a church who values tradition, but after a year of intensive reflection, now have a stronger desire to glorify God by meaningful worship and further serve our neighbors through relevant, God-directed ministries. The people making up this particular part of God’s universal church desires a pastor who will serve our Father, us, and the community with loving compassion, genuine faith, integrity, a cooperative team spirit, and encouragement to fulfill our newly developed vision and mission as the Holy Spirit leads. It is with great anticipation that we await the minister God has chosen for us and sincerely pray that He continues to guide us to make the needed preparations. |
