Ministry Description |
Windsor United Church of Christ, located just north of Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a full time Settled Pastor to lead, love and inspire us as we all continue in our spiritual journey together. We are a friendly, welcoming congregation with a long history of ministry, both within our walls and beyond. We welcome diversity and appreciate the differences each member brings to our family. There is a strong lay leadership base within our church. We work together to support each other and to support ministry in the greater community. Youth play a vital role in the life of our church. We have a strong youth education program, but see this as an area to further grow. Music is also an important aspect of our worship. There is thriving leadership in our music programming. Our new Pastor will be a leader and a collaborator, knowing that there is tremendous support within the congregation. He or she will be a deeply faithful person with the ability to relate the teachings of the Bible to our daily lives and provide guidance to us as we seek to grow in our faith. |
