Ministry Description |
As a community of seekers with a wide variety of faith stances, one of our strengths is extending extravagant welcome to all. From our bulletin: “Welcome to those searching for a spiritual home. Welcome to those questioning your faith, your God, yourselves. Welcome to those exuberant in faith and eager to share the grace of God. Welcome to all those who have felt the doors of a church closed - ours are open. Welcome to the Old Meeting House.” We hope to continue this by providing a place to worship, think, pray, listen, search, feel affirmed, have conversations about the teachings of Jesus, and to grow in faith; for people who fall anywhere in a range of theological understanding, anywhere on the economic ladder, and are of any ethnicity, race, ability, gender identity, or sexual orientation. |
