Ministry Description |
A progressive, open and affirming church on Madison's west side is seeking a full-time Faith Formation Director. The Director leads and manages our Christian Education programs across all age groups. The Director helps new members make connections within the congregation, and develops ways for members and visitors to grow in their personal faith journey. He/she coordinates volunteers, works closely with other staff, and is an active and engaged presence in the church. Skills possessed by the ideal candidate include leadership, creativity, volunteer management, and strong administrative coordination. Background in education and faith formation preferred. |
