Ministry Description |
The Director of Ministry is a member of the senior management team, the Administrative Council, reporting to the CEO and the Board of Directors. The Director is responsible for directing and providing for the diverse spiritual needs of Cedar Community’s total team of residents, families, staff, volunteers, and the greater community. The Director is to plan, develop, organize, and manage programs which support the ecumenical religious traditions of the organization and enhance the lives of those we serve. He/she will lead and supervise staff colleagues. His/her entire ministry must be in support of and consistent with Cedar Community’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
