Ministry Description |
St. John’s UCC, Monroe WI is an 800+ member church less than an hour south of Madison, WI. Our congregation is passionate about music and is seeking a professional in the ministry of church music to enrich our worship and spiritual life. We are seeking to fill a 22 hour/week salary position responsible for preparing and providing worship service music, including rehearsing and directing choirs, soloists or ensembles in a wide variety of music styles. The Music Minister would also coordinate and prepare the music schedule of choirs, other musicians for special music throughout the year, serve as primary musical resource for church funerals, weddings, and special worship celebrations. A Master’s Degree in Music or Associate of the American Guild of Organists is preferred. Salary will be based on experience. Please submit resumes to stjohnsucc@tds.net. |
