Ministry Description |
St. Paul U.C.C. is a welcoming, diverse church located in a small rural area in West Central Ohio. We are empowered Christians who have been serving God for over 180 years. Our congregation is looking for an associate pastor whom is responsible for providing the children, youth, and young adults of St. Paul U.C.C. with opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, worship, and mission. He/She will also assist the Senior Pastor with worship, pastoral care, education, and outreach ministries of St. Paul United Church of Christ. St. Paul U.C.C. has an accomplished personnel who will work together for the common good of the church. This staff includes a well-established Senior Pastor, secretary/bookkeeper, several part-time employees, and many dedicated volunteers. We are a local, national, and international mission-based church. In addition, we have a variety of church ministry opportunities for people of all ages. New Bremen is a picturesque village located in West Central Ohio, midway between Dayton and Lima. Our many educational opportunities include Wright State University, OSU Branch, UNOH, Rhodes State, Edison State, University of Dayton, Ohio Northern, Bluffton College, Sinclair Community College, and various technical schools. Our many career opportunities include Crown Equipment, Minster Machine, Dannon, Honda, Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, AAP, Setex, and CAPT. Our community and surrounding towns host and maintain many cultural and recreational activities. St. Paul U.C.C. enjoys the presence of several generations who seek to grow as individuals, friends, and family, but most importantly as Christians.
