Ministry Description |
This primary goal of this designated position will be to help congregations of Penn Central Conference secure pastoral leadership that will bring a measure of excellence to each congregation in its unique setting. Some qualifications are:
Ordained minister with standing in the UCC. Have direct experience in the search and call process with a fluent working knowledge of the Manual on Ministry and the recommendations of the MESA (Ministry, Excellence, Support and Accountability) Team. Have a record of achievement & credibility in local church service with ability to preach & lead worship. Be emotionally mature, self-authenticated, with a deep faith.
