Ministry Description |
Wheatland United Church of Christ is a diverse church family with a strong sense of tradition, wonderful choir and strong musical presence. We are home to the local food bank with volunteers from all denominations, and are the debt-free owner/provider of HUD subsidized senior housing. Wheatland is a caring community located in a beautiful setting close to the Laramie Range.
We are looking for a full-time pastor that appreciates small town living and will partner with us in our spiritual walk with Christ, from caring for our elderly to growing our youth. Must be flexible to our history and tradition, while bringing new ideas for growth and ministry. Willingness to visit and minister to those outside the church setting is a must. Our parsonage is a beautiful Federal style home with four bedrooms, and two baths. It has a large yard with mature landscaping and a small fenced area. |
