Ministry Description |
Lake Oswego United Church of Christ (LOUCC) is a progressive, vibrant congregation with deep commitments to inclusion, social justice, and sharing God’s love within and beyond our community. LOUCC is seeking to hire a half-time (20-22 hours per week) Designated Term Associate Pastor for Faith Development and Intergenerational Ministries. The Associate Pastor will work collaboratively with the Pastor, the Faith Development Team, and church leadership to nurture faith for children, youth, and families and strengthen our intergenerational church community. The Associate Pastor reports to the Pastor, who will provide general supervision and oversight. We seek someone who is collaborative and action-oriented, willing to think outside the box and experiment with new approaches, and passionate about our church’s commitments to progressive and inclusive Christian faith.
